HomeTuitionTeachers.in is a platform that connects students with home tutors. We do not hire tutors directly – they work independently. Our role is to help students (or their guardians) find suitable tutors for educational purposes.

2. Our Role

We act as a facilitator between students and tutors.

We do not guarantee tutor performance, results, or quality of lessons.

Tutors and students handle schedules, fees, and lesson content directly.

We are not responsible for disputes, cancellations, or any other issues.

3. Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors must provide accurate and truthful information about their qualifications and availability.

Any false or misleading details may lead to removal from our platform.

Tutors are expected to conduct sessions professionally and ethically.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students (or their guardians) must provide correct details when registering.

They must clearly discuss timing, fees, and expectations with the tutor

5. Payments & Referral Fee

Tutors and students handle payments directly. We do not process any payments.

Tutors must pay a one-time referral fee to HomeTuitionTeachers.in when they start their first month’s services.

This referral fee is non-refundable.

After the first month, no additional payments are required to HomeTuitionTeachers.in

6. Limitation of Liability

HomeTuitionTeachers.in is not responsible for any losses, disputes, or damages related to tutoring services.

We do not guarantee tutor availability or suitability.

All agreements between tutors and students are made independently, and we are not liable for any issues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions follow the laws of India.

Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of India.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
